Tula'i Ngāue is a Pacific youth values-based thought leadership programme that draws on the values of those that have gone before us and how they encountered life.

The aim of this programme is to edify young Pacific leaders in the knowledge of their ancestors, building a foundation of collective Pacific values that historically empowered Pasifika. A Pacific worldview that encourages a growth mindset.

Over the course of the programme, participants will strengthen their knowledge of leadership values, protocols, and confidence in who they are as a Pacific person.

The overarching learning objective is to build a strong foundation in Pacific value systems that provide a safe space to explore their leadership capabilities and capacity.

This programme is currently available through West Auckland High Schools with selected Year 12 & 13 students (limited spaces available).
